Our products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA registered and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant facility that is preferred by the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC).  We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients & all raw materials are tested for identity, purity and potency before they are used in our products.  

Our pouches are resealable and should be stored in a cool, dry place in order to preserve optimal freshness for up to 2 years.

We recommend the following daily quantities:

Under 25 lbs: 1 chew

25-75 lbs: 2 chews

Over 75 lbs: 3 chews

Start with half the recommended amount & gradually increase to the recommended daily amount.  

This is completely up to you!  Some customers prefer to give the full recommended amount at one time and others prefer to spread the love by splitting portions throughout the day.

Yes!  From youngsters to seniors, Chihuahuas to Bernese Mountain Dogs - our soft chews are formulated for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and life stages; however, due to specific health requirements for puppies under 1 year old, we do recommend consulting with your vet prior to starting them on our supplements.

We always recommend talking to your vet if you have any concerns. 

Canine Keeps is happy to offer our customers free Standard Shipping for any order value of $49 or more.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the lower 48 states in the US.  We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.  

Once your order is processed, it will generally take 1-2 business days to ship and an additional 3-7 days to deliver depending on the shipment destination and service selected.  We do not ship on holidays.
